ADHD and Autism Assessment

Dr. Service personally provides assessment for autism spectrum disorder in person or over video. Individuals are welcome to travel to the scenic and beautiful state of Washington for this assessment.

Dr. Service also teams up with experts in the field of ADHD and Autism assessment to provide a highly robust and personalized assessment for ADHD and autism. When testing for ADHD and Autism our clients receive the attention of two different doctors of clinical psychology including one-on-one interviews with the client and often some relatives when possible. We feel this is vital for many reasons, especially to have confidence in the results.

Assessment includes an initial intake session (about an hour) with either Dr. Service or another expert, the assessment (two to four hours) with Dr. Service, and a feedback session with Dr. Service where additional information may be gathered. This final feedback session is vital to address incomplete information and to help explain the results in a way that can be actionable in making positive growth and change in the future. An assessment can be completed in a single day or spread out over two or three sessions.

Having someone who not only specializes in autism and ADHD but also lives it and has a lifetime of experience with it makes Dr. Service and his colleagues unmatched in identifying Autism and ADHD, especially in those who have been overlooked and are now adults.

Dr. Service is an advocate for autism, and as such understands that access to autism assessments can be challenging and expensive. Dr. Service offers autism or ADHD assessments for $950 and a combined ADHD/Autism assessments for $1500. He also offers counseling, group counseling, medical and community advocacy, autism and ADHD education, as well.
