Individuals are welcome to travel to the scenic and beautiful state of Washington for counseling or an assessment.
Counseling:
I am honored to be able to provide counseling and education to autistic and ADHD individuals both locally and from around the world.
If you are local, you are welcome to schedule sessions weekly, twice a month, monthly, or whenever you feel you need a session.
If you are traveling from areas outside of the area, we can schedule your sessions for longer than one hour at a time, and in successive days to get the most out of your trip here. Those who travel from other countries are encouraged to start the process of obtaining a passport or other necessary documents as soon as possible to eliminate that barrier to receiving services here.
Assessment includes:
Your Assessment will consist of three appointments with Dr. Service. The Initial Appointment (1hr), then the Assessment Appointment (2-3 hours), and lastly the Final Interview Appointment (1hr). The final interview is vital for gathering additional information and to go over and help explain the results in a way that can be actionable in making positive growth and change in the future.
You may schedule your assessment all in one day or spread out your appointments over two or three sessions.
As an advocate for autism Dr. Service understands that access to autism and ADHD assessments can be challenging and expensive. Dr. Anson Service provides ASD (Autism) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) assessments for $1,450 each or both assessments for $1,950 private pay.
Dr. Service also offers medical and community advocacy, autism and ADHD education, as well.
